Our vision is to create a world in which people show up and Live Big!
Like the effect of a ripple in a pond, graduates with clarity about who they are, who are committed to their own success, naturally affect the world around them. We see relationships thriving, people taking ownership of their results, and acting with courage and passion.
Our goal is to create a growing community of graduates who live our vision and participate in supporting Excellence Northwest. We want to strengthen the fabric of goodwill in the world through innovative workshops that support people to create lives they love.
CHOICE: I am at choice in what I make important and how I respond.
ACCOUNTABILITY: I am 100% accountable for all the results I create in my life.
RESPONSIBILITY: An effective response is above the line.
WIN/WIN: I am committed to everyone winning by creating and honoring my own agreements.
TELL THE TRUTH: I am aware of my own truths and committed to sharing them honestly.
